Our initial consult appointment was great! The entire staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. They made my daughter feel like a super star and she can't wait to go back! The office is very clean and modern. The online forms and ease to make an appointment on the website are added bonuses. Everything was explained thoroughly to me. I would recommend Dr. Song and her staff to everyone!

Doctor Song is the best! She’s very attentive to all her patients. Her staff is great . They are friendly and skillful. My personal shout out to Daniel. He’s awesome. It’s always not a dull moment with him. The place is clean and cozy. They are very good accommodating appointments. I get text reminders for my scheduled appointment and I really like that. I’m very pleased with the outcome of my braces treatments and for all the reasons above, it’s definitely 5 stars!

We just love the great care we receive from Daniel at every visit. Everyone is wonderful there from doctors to staff!

I took both kids last week for a consolation. The office was clean bright and airy! The staff was very accommodating. They sold us both my kids will be starting today.

I have been practicing General Dentistry in Pompton Plains since 1995 and Dr. Song is the only Orthodontist I refer my patients to. She treats both children and adults. Her staff is knowledgable and attentive to all the patients needs! I not only refer my patients to her, but have entrusted my own children’s orthodontic needs with Dr. Song. Dr. Song has treated my 20 year old daughter and is currently treating my 13 year old with braces!

First time coming here and my daughter and I loved it. The staff is very professional and have such a positive attitude especially during these tough times. Clean office and great staff, they took me in right away for my appointment time. Definitely deserve the 5 stars and more! Thank you!

Our consultation appointment was wonderful! The office staff were so kind, friendly, understanding of my daughter's needs, and were so helpful! My daughter was feeling very nervous for her ortho appointment and left feeling very comfortable with the Dr. and the staff. Our first child had an excellent experience with Dr. Song and her teeth look beautiful! Looking forward to our ortho journey here with our second child! Great choice!

From the moment we arrived for our consultation we were greeted by a very friendly staff. I’m still learning the names, but the two woman up front were very welcoming. Both women were attentive to my entire family. One of the women assisted us with our consultation and she was very informed, answered our questions, and helpful. We met with Dr. Kim and she was very nice and easy to speak to. I liked that she addressed my child and made a connection, which made my child and I feel comfortable. Dr Kim was very knowledgeable, energetic, and personable. The consultation went very well. We left feeling like we made the right decision in choosing this orthodontist. Today my child had the braces put on and again the two women were very welcoming. The energy was the same as the first time we went and the entire staff was very friendly. The orthodontist assistant talked my child through every step as she was doing it which prepared my child and calmed any nervousness that my child had. Dr Kim was very good and also helped keep my child relaxed. After they were finished, the orthodontist assistant took the time to answer our questions about the braces and she showed us how to take care of them. The braces look great. My child is happy and said to give 5 stars. If a 13 year old , who just had their mouth open for an 1hr and a half, who is feeling pain from having braces put on, and still wants to give 5 stars, then you know the experience was good and that the dr and the staff are worth the visit. If you or your child are in need of an orthodontist, give Song Orthodontics a call and make your appointment. I brought my son in for a consultation today. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the receptionist. The office is very clean & has a wonderful staff.

My daughter has had amazing results with Dr. Sally Song during the two years she had braces. Everyone working there was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Her teeth came out perfect and there weren't any issues. My other child is going here for braces too because of how great they were. I wouldn't chose anyone else to work with.

Great service I would recommend The Orthodontic center of Wayne to anyone looking for an orthodontist. They are very good in scheduling your appointments. My son just got his braces; Daniel made him feel comfortable and it was a great experience. Overall, the staff there is amazing in taking care of the patients.
